This place was wicked nice! The rooftop breakfast was a real highlight, with views of the sea that just about took my breath away. The staff? Just incredible—shoutout to Cansu for her always sunny disposition. Room was clean and cozy, which I absolutely loved. Just wish the spa hours were a bit better to catch some relaxation before heading out for the day.

The breakfast options were limited, with a lack of variety and flavor that left much to be desired. even the toast required a trip to the kitchen to get it warmed up, which is just not ideal. Additionally, the cleanliness in common areas left something to be desired, with reports of unkempt carpets and lackluster maintenance in the bathrooms.

During my stay, I faced several challenges that impacted my experience. The breakfast options were disappointingly limited, featuring the same items each morning and lacking in variety and taste. Additionally, the cleanliness of the common areas was not up to my expectations, as the carpets appeared unkempt and the bathrooms weren't regularly maintained.

the receptionist was obviously too busy to pay attention to my needs, directing me to a cramped room where luggage couldn't even fit. and oh, the breakfast was a heartbreaking repeat of the same boring items every day. i expected some sort of welcome gift to make up for this let down but i guess that was too much to ask for.

venera offers a fantastic family suite with daily fresh linens and a clean bathroom. the breakfast on the rooftop terrace is amazing, featuring a wide range of options, including delightful turkish menemen and pastries. the hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to the grand bazaar and only two tram stops from sultanahmet. you can't beat the access to shopping and eateries nearby.

It was just a great fit for a flying visit in Istanbul with best value for money ratio. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure our check-in was smooth despite us arriving at odd hours. Make sure to ask for extra towels if you're planning to hit the pool. they tend to run out quickly!

The location was fantastic, being very close to both the tram and metro, making it easy to explore. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable. Also, the staff were very attentive, especially the young guy by the pool who was always polite and ready to help. I appreciated our room's view overlooking the city, which added a nice touch to our stay.
